"Don't Look Up" Released on Netflix on December 24, 2021!
It was written and directed by Adam McKay, who won the Best Original Screenplay Oscar for "The Big Short" in 2016 and was nominated for an Oscar in the same category as "Vice" in 2019. Combining sci-fi and dark humor, the film is about two astronomers who go on a media tour to warn humanity that an Earth-destroying comet is approaching, but no one cares about them. Shortly after the movie was released on Netflix, it took the first place in a short time thanks to its interesting subject and its cast.
The production, which was nominated in 4 categories in the Golden Globes, has a total of 7 awards and 30 nominations for now. Starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence, the cast also includes Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchett, Rob Morgan, Jonah Hill, Timothée Chalamet, Ariana Grande, Kid Cudi and Mark Rylance.
